Wouldn't they just get a warrant to search the carpark or paddock or where ever...

It may be private property, but for example you can't murder someone in your front yard and expect to get away with it, rules and laws dont change just because you own the property.

I think the only way it is legal to do "doughies" is if it is being practised in a safe environment, such as the motorplex where it is officially organised.

LOL Somebody should ask John Kobelke how the legislation work is progressing for hoon motorcycles? Those idiots have been killing themselves for ages now and they still cant figure out how to stop it. What is it now like 12 of 71 dead drivers in WA were motorcyclist this year?

John Kobelke doesnt listen to external advisors, scientists, research papers paid for by the government or even the good old RAC. No he knows way better than anyone how to fix this "alleged" growing problem (I say this as I am still not convinced that we have a big problem here in WA)

All the while they hide under the carpet all sorts of road violations committed by MP's, government owned cars, etc. LOL it's so much easier just to collect more revenue and claim this will deter or fix things. Spend more, tax more, legislate more...The WA Labour Party.

Where is everyone getting this idea they can hoon law you on private property?

They expanded the road rage rules to include private property / carparks which is a good thing.

Yeah ?? Fark!!

Private property is one thing, carparks is totally different! You shouldb't be able to get hoon lawed on private property, you /should/ be able to do anything you want and get away with it.

If you kill someone, you'll be liable though.
If you write off your car, you won't get any insurance.

Bulk skids and speeding though and there is fuck all they can do. Just ask me and Trav. We have nice ring roads around our work (>1Km, lots of space). So long as the boss aint looking cut sick.

AHG is private property, you going to get hoon lawed out there too? .. Barbagallow, private property, Peoples farms ..

Pisses me off.

Didn't wanna start a new thread over this, but here we go ..

I have some dude in my block of houses - It's a shared driveway into 15 units and i am out the front, which is good for me as my car doesn't annoy everyone when i come and go.

Recently, last 3 months or so, someone down the end has moved in with a Soobie, Looks to be an 05 STi. I haven't talked to this guy, but he honestly redlines it down the driveway and bounces it off the limiter pretty much every time he comes and goes.

This shit is annoying and am ashamed to see a Subie drive act like such a tard, but I am at the point where this guy is just pissing me off. I'm considering calling up and hoon lawing this guy, what do you think?

How about you go knock on his door and ask him to keep it down when exiting the complex?

Yeah could do of course - Just didn't wanna start a war with this guy directly. I just can't believe he smashes it all the time in the driveway, seriously .. what the fuck>?

Not sure if anyone else has complained yet, I don't own the property so I'm not part of the Strata or anything.
