Its included in your data useage I believe.

Battery life isn't too bad. If you thrash it from first thing in the morning until late that day / next day you will run into trouble, but no worse than my old Nokia 6120.

Its assisted GPS Tino...so triangulation between mobile phone towers...only have to pay for data to down load through Google Maps...

How much data would it use to dial up somewhere??

Does it have the same functions, eg a voice over to tell u where to turn etc??

bakss u would think that in the 6yrs or so that battery life would be alot better than a 6120 albeit technology has also advanced..

yeah but so has consumption Tino - the more toys the thing has, the more power it needs to run those toys.

No, it uses Google Maps.

No doubt Tom Tom or similar will release turn-by-turn software for the iPhone at some stage.

mines had a loop out

went out tonight, used it per normal - sms's calls, got home, used the torch app to get in the house, put it on the desk

then went to type a sms and when i unlock it it goes to my favourite contacts - no matter how many times i push the home button it wont go to the home screen.

wtf is going on

i know the button works because when it locks i push it and it unlocks or double tap it to use the ipod function.
