second hand cars have much more built into their price than new ones... buying a new car is not the best business choice, much better off letting someone else pay the 10k drive off the block depreciation :P

lots of dealers get their stock from over east
if the service manual says it was sold new over east, take off 3-5k then try for the 2k you could of got anyway, basically make an offer on what youre prepared to pay, and be prepared to walk out if they say no. BUYERS MARKET atm

Why buy a new car when you can go to Pickles & save 10g on a 12month old model with the remainder of the factory warranty left, no dealer delivery bullshit to bother with & no scummy car salesmen to talk to, you'll save a fortune.
It's where they buy a lot of their cars from anyhow.

seen the cars and half of them are ex-rentals (no thank you) and the rest of them government or fleet cars are either so messed up with coffee stains on their seats or have scratches all over the car.

auctions are good if you're a dealer...all the best cars are picked and put away for 'dealer only' auctions, the rest of it is left for us

Besides, that extra $10k gets you a new car smell that no auction car could ever have.

It's worth the extra satisfaction.

well to be honest in my case it's more like $4k-$5k so not really a huge saving...
