The nature of PDF documents is so that you *can't* edit them.. Yes programs exist to edit them but PDF's exist because they can't be modified.. that's kind of the point, instead of supplying a .doc or other file which can be easily changed.

Adode Acrobat Viewer is a viewer, if you get Adobe Acrobat itself you can edit PDFs using Word etc.
Thats how i do it anyways.
