fog lights are totally useless in perth - cars shouldnt even come with them.

Yup that one, so the cop was right, I was driving without a seatbelt, but they do need to apply a little bit of latitude to the law. I tried saying I was still in 1st gear and he went off on a rant about how how many people died every year from not wearing a seatbelt blah blah. Noone died doing 4km/hr!

I see what your saying but its only in your best interest to put
your belt on as soon as you get in the car regardless of if your moving or not.

You can only have your foggies on in inclement weather. ie fog, rain etc and not during the day. Also you normal headlights must be off, only your parklights can be illuminated when your fog lights are on.
