I use my ipod all the time and never have any problems with people asking if i have finished witha machine. May be its just your gym!!

speaking of gyms, i cant stand the fucktards who try and lift weights that are waaaaaay too heavy that they cant anywhere near approaching proper form through their range of movement, then they slam or deliberatley drop them on the floor so everyone knows just how heavy those weights are mwahaha..

one guy especially tries bicep curls with 34kg dumbells but only moves his arms about a total of 2 inches - so basically its his shoulders/back/biceps and momentum thats moving the fucking thing.. then he slams them down and starts strutting.. fucken hilarious shit
going from day shift to night shift in the same day.
That's illegal isn't it? You need at least 24hrs between changes in shift?

Cooper89 22-01-2009 04:45 PM

12 hrs between shifts..
12 hrs between shifts..
Between similar shifts, yes. Between night and day I'm sure you need 24hrs by law.

Cooper89 22-01-2009 06:51 PM

Oh okay, yeah im not too sure then.. why would you want to do double shifts like that? Your boss would be horrible to even ask.. :S
