geez scary stuff!

same thing happened to my brothers friend Thursday night. at 11:30pm 2 guys broke into the house by throwing bricks through the back sliding door, he woke up, confronted them, chased them out to the front where a guy was hurling bricks through the front window (his bedroom), then they jumped into a running car and sped off.

They werent even subtle about it, 11:30 at night and not trying to sneak in...

But this wouldn't just be happening to pwrx people. It'd be happening to anyone I suppose. The economy has obviously caught up with a few people (or many people it seems) who before might have been 'on the edge' and now they need to do rediculous things to get money.

I've been in Perth for 5+ years now in Wembley, there is a blocked lane behind our houses and 4-5 houses have been broken into in my short street, never mine. I put this down to a big blue heeler with a bad attitude, if anyone comes over that fence he will tear them a new ass. I would always now have a dog as I believe they are excellent security.
