Yeah 400sqm house I wish I wouldn't have bothered building my own, I'd have just weaseled my way in

I'm building with homestart... on a 403sqm block... house is just over 150sqm... but I dissected their plan and chopped things out and added things in. Will be doing pre-start very soon, pretty excited. But as for Homestart they've been great so far!!!

Waxdass - Owner builder, thats awesome, hope it all goes well... would have loved to have done that but bank prob wouldn't have approved that for me. Good luck with it all, let us know how it goes.

Tim - Your all in and settled now hey? how'd it all go in the end? Pretty happy?

I know hence the ":P", i sympathise with the small block sizes though. Maybe it just me but even with this first home owners grant, block sizes have halved and then doubled in price hah.
