iv bit the bullet and handing in my owner builder form tomorrow.
I'm gonna go through the whole process again, but with more experience this time.

I think i have family or a friend in almost every trade, and i know i'l be looked after quality wise.
I just cant commit my money and trust to a building company who doesnt give a fark.

Im currently going with Metrostrata (even though its a green titled block). So far, so good. 400sqmtr and house for $335k, with $2500 of fencing, all blanco kitchenware etc. They are a smaller section of an aparently expensive homes builder, highbury homes. From what im told, highbury build some 3 or 4 million dollar homes....

400sqm nice job man..

I got 342sqm between up and down stairs. Big enough for two and room for kid later.

What size block you building on

Ahaha, no if you read carefully it says 400sqmtr AND house....:P Its only like 150sqmtr house i think.
