I think their service is awesome, never had a problem and their online services are great. You can manage your whole account with no dramas at all.

maybe online but have you ever needed to call them for something, they're horrible

I've updated mine.....seems alot slower...whenever I open like settings, SMS, etc. there is a long pause before it shows anything. Previously loaded straight away.

+1 I also had a message com up saying "low memory" yet I have about 6.5gb free??

it may be refering to the onboard memory , i think which is 128mb. i would assume the new firmware would be slower as it contains more features and is most likely designed to run on the new iphone (which has improved hardware).

Mine has been slow for the last few updates in loading email / SMS / settings. It's definitely faster with 3.0 compared to jailbroken 2.2.1 but it is by no means instant.

OK, i have install the Istoll program and its running on my phone. How then do i run my lap top internet through my phone as a modem?? Or have i got the wrong idea??

laptop internet through your phone as a modem? im a little confused. tethering is using your phones internet on your laptop.
