That is the only useful feature for me, but it's not near useful enough to convince me into giving up all the jailbroken features / apps.
+1 on waiting for jailbreak. It was an easy decision this time around.

yeah, i shall wait. no doubt that there will be a new version of redsn0w by the dev team by tomorrow haha. they are normally pretty quick. i know that they have the pwnage tool which allows you to update to 3.1 but keep the 3.0/3.01 baseband.

Yeah, the 3.1 minus baseband 'update' might be the way to go.
Might as well wait for the full 3.1 hack though - I think you're right about it not taking them too long
