Will do. Finally got Apple Remote working with my PC connected to my Logitech Z-5500's at home, awesome!

Is the iPhone battery really this shit or do I have a dud? It doesn't even last a day........New 3gs

mine normally lasts just over a day. thats with location, wifi, email push all turned on. what are you running in the background?

If you have 3G/WLAN/Bluetooth running it will not make it through a day. Drop off the WLAN and Bluetooth and it will last heeeaapps longer.

As Smerm said, background processes will also suck the juice.

Yeh WLAN and Bluetooth are switched off, will have to remember to shut down internet pages after I have finished with them, that will have an effect yeh? Use email a fair bit during the week though so I guess a day is fair as compaired to a normal phone it is used alot more. Still annoying though!

If it's new, make sure you run the battery down to zero and then full charge to keep it calibrated once a month.

Correct about the internet pages. If you are backgrounding them they may take up CPU Power/Battery.

Have to charge mine every night, worth it but. I have a 3G, the 3GS is a different beast with more processing power etc, could be even worse than a 3G, not used one yet.

Jailbreak much?

Yeah mine sucks the power after a day and needs recharging every night,
youtube certainly uses alot of power.

Funny thing is my old crappy phone needed charging everyday and that's
why I got a new one.

howd you get it working? I cant get it to show up in the devices section?

Have tried to Turn the firewall off, its connected to the same network, my library is shared, remotes are enabled
