I ended up getting it from a torrents site that a few others got it from.

I only installed it last night, so havent had a big play around yet, but it does seem a little quicker?

I downloaded the torrent from Mininova and installed it last night. No problems with the install and definitely liking some of the new features.

Love the recent dialled list - You can drill down and see incoming/outgoing as well as call lengths. Quite useful imho!

Landscape SMS is a little funny for me but I'll get the hang of it.

I'm a big fan the search too, pity it doesn't seem to index your text messages.

How are you guys fairing?

No carrier has released prices on the new 3G S as yet.

Its still 2 weeks away from release so i'm sure plans and prices will be available in the next week or 2

My guess is not much different to the current plans just a bit more expensive for the iphone payments for the 32GB version

is there anyway to save an MMS message?

a friend has sent me a short audio clip, i can play it, but would like to save it, or maybe even forward to an email?

I can copy the text within the message, but not the actual attachment.

Any ideas?

I've also downloaded the 3.0 GM and the only reason I haven't installed is a small section of terms and conditions given to the Devs when it was released stating that once you load this firmware onto a phone, it will not allow "retail" firmware to be loaded later. Could be a load of horse shit, but not worth the risk opposed to waiting another week. However, I am more than happy to be proven wrong

I have gone from 3.0 back to 2.2.1 and back to 3.0 with no problems at all.
