Your avatar shows that your car is very low.
I assume this has been approved at the pits as you say.
Please fax a copy of your permit through to 9389 2555.
Your car is considered illegal until the permit is verified.

I driven cars with permits, and been pulled over, handed them the permits, and for some fuk knows reason they must have thought that as a cocky and smart ass act, and gave me a yellow for shit that wasnt even there. eg. oil leaks

I got the officers name took the car to the pits, the guys at warwick i know well cause i take cars through there all the time through work, they wrote a formal complaint to the officer for waisting there time so did i, the officer got stood down from his duties, and got stuck behind a desk for 6 months just cause he was being a cunt, plus i got a formal apology aswell, dosent pay to hand out yellow sticker, when ever you feel like could come back and bite you on the butt.

thats my two cents.
So you mentioned this to them at the time when you had the perfect opportunity?

lol at generic sticker-ing

"is that blow-off valve stock?" (you look like a nazi!)
"i'm issueing you with a defect notice" (kill him!)

i thought most of our laws etc were based around 'innocent until proven guilty' - yet cops can issue yellow stickers - 'guilty until proven innocent'

would anyone else agree?

I definitely do not agree...

Cops do not make the decisions but courts do.

Cops do not make the decisions but the pits do.

Giving a yellow sticker to your car is the same as arresting (or summonsing) someone, and charging them with an offence. The courts ultimately decide whether you are innocent or guilty. Same as the pits ultimately decide whether your car is legal or illegal.

Fobz you REALLY have something against police, what happened?

yes i had a run in with the cops last night..

just before midnight, they claimed i was speeding and driving with my lights off ( i did do an illegal turn tho)

they said they could charge me with wreckless driving but i figured they had no proof as they laid no charges on me..

So after them searching through my whole car and padding me down. They let me off with just a warning. But they made them self's look like idiots screaming in my drive way yelling at me to get out of the car. Searching trying to find drugs or something. They did find my injectors wrapped in glad wrap thinking they were drugs asking me questions about them. I told them i just wanted to go to bed and then they finally left the mess i had to clean, all my stuff which was scattered throughout my glove box and boot which took me ages.

----

like i mean i'm glad i didn't get charged but i had done nothing wrong besides the turn.. and on there way out they said "Lucky where not traffic cops" or we would be taken your car..

introduce yearly inspections at rego, get rid of this stupid system where cops dont know what they are stickering and get the experts to do it.

No inspection = no rego = no insurance = your fukt.

Whole system needs an overhaul but bureacrats too busy lining their own pockets.

Bear in mind that i see plenty of shitters with busted lights and bald tyres that deserve a yellow more than any angled exhaust and bonnet scoop. Not taking sides just believe this has been done to death but just like hoon laws will never be re-examined.
