A5 quattro 8 speed looks hot

Need to look closer at that!

edit:

OK - A5 0-100 is disappointing and S5 has a price that is a little too high.

always the way - focus is back on 335i

I have test driven :

Cayman S
M3 V8
C63 AMG

The Cayman is definately the "drivers" car, but you will be disappointed if raw power is your thing.

The C63 AMG makes the best noise I've ever heard.....

The M3 is great too - it revs and makes a great noise too !!

Decisions, decisions....

Just test drive and follow your gut... don't over analyse the decision.

Cayman, however the practicality isn't there, but thats if you need it. Having said that SLK55 AMG? 335i with some choice enhancements would make it a fab daily.

A5 might be more relevant to you as compare to RS4.

The downside to both cars is the limited choices in the 2nd hand market which makes it rare on rd.

335i would be my choice hands down in that price range. Caymen just aint practical and you will just wish you could afford a 911. As Jme said a few enhancements on the 335i and I would be a happy camper for a daily driver.

My uncle in law just got a new black Audi S5 couple and its truly a thing of beauty but the price tag is not.

Seen this and it is tempting http://preowned.audi.com.au/AudiUsed...10&sl=132&gr=0

Lol at tags - how bout Spotydog works too hard!

Wife has the libbo for practicality but having the hatch has been useful.
