Have you tried installing Avast? It sounds like you have a virus on there as well as spyware if it's not letting you install software. Whatever virus checker you use you may need to run it from a boot disc and not in the o/s (not sure if Avast give the option to burn to disc rather than install)

AVG is a good free AV product.

Try Adaware if spybot wont install, also as per above try running in safe mode.

if you know a few things about computers you can try switching off a few services or using msconfig to unload all suspect looking programs.

You have a root kit my friend.

Malwarebytes first and see how you go.

Also download rootkitrevealer (you may have to get via another pc).

Can you use windows update or does it give you an error? (can't connect)

try hijackthis

gives you a list of suspicious startup things in the registry and gives you the option to delete them

Read this thread from post #16 (it's about getting rid of the TSSD rootkit/virus)

http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/showthre...hlight=rootkit

Your antivirus won't find it because the virus is hidden from the windows environment in the boot sector of your c: drive, it uses hidden registry keys to fuck with windows, web browsers and online updates through various DNS changes it makes........ Hence the redirections your getting currently.
