Managed to blow them all off except one. She is fine though. Her and her boyfriend aren't called the early settlers for no reason. They will be off to bed by 9 and the boys can kick on.....

Great success. 13 Racks and 10 people. Not a morsel left. Tasted sooo good. I have this big new oven but it is not fan forced so left them in the oven for ages and they were sooo tender.

Two thumbs up for the recipe. Maybe next time we could add a bit of bourbon the recipe somewhere.

Good to hear mate, slight variations occur depending on the oven used. suggest you put a 1/2 cup of water in the pan before cooking ribs as it will make them even more tender (ie fall off the bone clean).

Could add bourbon or other ingredients when making the basting sauce which goes on right at the end when you heat them up on the bbq after cooking them in the over first.

so you precook the ribs in the oven uncovered? they don't dry out??

I keep getting offered bags of ribs from my bro (how has his own butchery) but I've always declined
