Default Removing large palm - any advice ?

Any advice for removing this baby ? Can't get a 4wd or bobcat
in where it is so thats out of the equation.

If nobody has any DIY tips then anyone know a professional who
can take this on at a reasonable price ?

P.S. I'm talking about removing the plant, NOT the guy in the pics !

But really, is there something on the internet you can search perhaps, a liquid mixture that can kill it at the roots and assist in your manual labour of removal. That or slave labour, Great Pyramids didnt build them selves!

Can't just wait for it to die. Need it removed so the fence can be
repaired. It broke the fence then grew into the neighbours yard !
It's across the property boundry without a passport !

At first I thought you wanted to keep it alive.
but since you just want it gone start digging
and cut through the roots with an axe
wash with the hose as you go so you can see where to chop it
it wont be as big as you might think and it will come out fairly easy by hand once you get the roots chopped
there will be a lot of small fiberous roots which you can just cut through with a sharp spade
leave the roots in the ground to rot
