I make it a challenge to try and find my car on the last friday of every month... Suprising how many fridays I have off work really!

I would guess Clarence beach road based on the fact the screen shot says the name of the road on the bottom

I used to park in there all the time when we docked boats at the BAE shiplift. If you like stone chips and pot holes then it would be good. Its mostly gravel.

I just looked then, my car was parked at home AND at work! Weird...

I met the dude who created Nearmap in December.

He is a fucking genius!

Those photos are something like 3cm photos of the whole city and they are done in 10 hours flat!

Not bad for when Google takes 8 or so months to photograph the whole of London at 9cm and they call it a record.

Supposedly the guy made the cameras google uses 15 years ago and wont sell them the technology he uses for his 3cm nearmap images.

Wait till they update this.

This was taken on NYE.

It is the lay down area for Chevron and Gorgon for quarantine before they send it up to Barrow island. Seriously big bit of fresh bitumen.

Also there is a real time version of this. The maker / designer etc is mates with someone we work with and he rang me to tell me how long our guys had had for smoko.
