ON TOPIC: Google are not racist. They are just smart enough to not bring color of skin/heritage into a competition.

OFF TOPIC: Working full blooded Aboriginals are some of the best people you could ever have the pleasure of meeting.

Re: Phizzle... thats the reasoning they give for the racist sht at Nate's work. The mine site is on "sacred" land so as part of the deal they employ a certain number of the local area aboriginals, no issue with that most of them want to work. Its just a little frustrating knowing that an abo can come in off the reservation with no experience and be trained and put straight onto a second level wage (over $100k p/a) when white guys that have gone and done the rounds and got the experience off thier own backs come in with the skills already and only get the first level pay with not a chance in hell of ever being upgraded. I dont for a second think this is the abo's fault, who in their right mind would say no to any of that. Just think its shit of the company to do it.
