Default Chasing protein powder

Fellas

I know there is a fair few fitness gurus on here, I would like to know if anyone can point me in the direction of some good quality low fat, low carb protein powder.
At the moment I buy it in 4.5kg bags I think, but it is not lasting me the whole month so I am after a 5kg bag for around $120 - $150.
I buy protein every month so if I can get a good deal locally it will be easier than buying over the net etc.

I and others use Fourbody (over the net though)

good price if you buy over $190 at a time as free delivery.

I get mine and the wifes there.

220 pounds
100kg @ 1.5g/kg of body weight is 150 grams a day.

For me that is 3 scoops of protein in water 3 times a day @ 68 grams of protein per serving which is 204 grams of protein daily via protein shakes. I might be wasting a little but I am happy with my results.

Yeah i second that. I used to be on the high protein diet with shakes, creatine etc. After a month or so you get side-effects like no other. Your sweat smells 10X worse, pimples like the days back in high school, and the possibility of malfunctioning your liver (hence make sure you get a blood test testing your liver function).

fark those side effects, might as well just pump the juice !!! sus 250 FTW haha

I eat chicken 2 - 3 times a day, not too much red meat.
I am happy with my progress so why would I change what is working for me.
