I have used the milo mix. Went from 65kg to 85kg in about 8 months. That was a while ago and unfortunately now with the hours of work i dont get to exercise as much and rugby has kind of destroyed my body.

At a typical gym, especially in males, about 80% overtrain, get caught up in the supplement hype and don't really know proper nutrition. Unfortunately most don't realize this until they are a bit older and find out that they didn't actually have to do so much. As regards to protein I have had skim milk powder, cottage cheese and will quite happily eat chammy tuna out of the can if I needed to but I'd prefer to eat real food. Don't get me wrong, shakes have their place but I think only as a time saver or low cost substitute meal.
