I would much rather buy a brand new gts and send it off to perkins engineering / 888 racing etc and say make me a race car but leave the plates on it. Also dont worry about shortening the wheel base etc.

Would be far faster and far cheaper. The is no racing provenance on that car. I really dont see the value at anything past $150k.
