Done the hack last night, works an absolute treat and makes the whole Audio/nav system a pleasure to use now.......was frastrating as fuck having almost every function locked out when your moving.

And Yay, DVD's on the move

Also the PDF has a hack for the reverse camera too so you can use it anytime not just in reverse.

It amuses me that the appropriate use of a diode would solve the reverse light illumination issue. Oh well, that's good old internet DIY for you
