They work okay but they're overpriced.. 1000% mark up on cost. Therefore, they are nowhere near as good as what you're paying for.

FFS I just cant help myself.

SAVE YOUR MONEY

You dont need to take this shit to drop weight. Look at any pics of prisoners of war and you'll see...
Its all about how much intake vs expenditure of calories.
More in than out = fat prick
More out than in = lose weight.
The shit we get in those fat metabolisers arent even the same as the USA where they are made because of our different laws regarding what can be imported as over the counter drugs and supplements.
If you want to contibute to the multi billion dollar rip which is the Supplement industry thats up to you.

Hydroxycut does nothing IMO. Was on it for several mths n found no difference whatsoever. Bump up ur time in the gym to 5 days a wk with at least 1hr (mixed) cardio. Cant beat hard work for results.

Hard work = Results. Personally I would say a good 2.5 - 3 hours a week or medium to high cardio will show you noticeable results in around 4 weeks. Incorporate this into a well balanced diet and you are well on your way

There is no magic pill to make you lose weight and keep it off once you stop taking them. Especially without causing damage to your body.

Set yourself a well structured diet and excercise routine and stick to it. You will get the results you want I think you will feel much better for it.

This is true! Xenedrine works fairly well, even if it does cost $1 a day or thereabouts. Basically it is a high caffeine pill which juices up your heart rate artificially = bad for your heart. I used one bottle of it and it did exactly nothing, but then again my job entails me sitting in the cab of a machine for 12 hours a day so it's a bit hard to be active at work, but I reckon if it was combined with riding to work/train station or similar it could yield some good results. Only problem is the cost to your body!

Many small healthy meals throughout the day (grazing like a cow does) will speed up your metabolism as nature intends, instead of eating 3 (or less!) large meals a day. Take some apples, bananas or better yet dried banana chips to mung on at work.

Couldn't agree more... cost price on a large bottle of Hydroxycuts is $12. They sell for 10 times that in the shop, and the place you get the LEAST discount on them is the chain of stores owned by the importer of the supplements.. go figure.
