yes im definetly all for natural growth of muscle and losing weight as i used to weigh like 92 kg and cut it down to 76-78 kg andf kept it that way for while now, im pretty skinny but still have that bit of weight around the stomach thats blocks your abs from showing and just frustrating when i do excercise quite reguarly and thats why i thought just a little edge might help me shed that and just in 2 frame of minds now as i love doing all this with a natural and hardworking way. my goal is start putting on more muscle and shredding it but from the above comments i might just stick with it without the supplement and see how i go, thanks for info peeps.

PS i have couple of friends that use to be on the juice and makes me feel so much better to be doing this all naturely as i saw change in them instantly when they were on it, not very good company at all

Hydroxycut is an interesting one, some people swear by it, others find it useless. Have you wondered if the reason for your good results comes down to a change in training and diet/nutrition?

Remember that fat loss and muscle gain are mutually exclusive – that is, your body is either in an anabolic (muscle growth) or catabolic (muscle/fat loss) state – that’s why body builders will bulk for a few months and then cut to get the best results from their training.

Read lots, sleep lots, eat well and lift heavy. Simple.

Take it before a workout and you will go x10 harder. May be better stuff on the market now I'm not sure, but I remember great training after drinking this stuff

hydroxycut made my hair grey, very irritable and had trouble sleeping

I just wanted to give Hydroxycut a go. I got it on the cheap and wondered what all the hype was about. Not going to continue on it after i finish this round.

You are right though, you do piss a heap more, I have been able to sleep alright though. I found that sometimes your appetite is decreased as well, which isn't such a bad thing I guess.

I am almost at my ideal weight anyway I think, i am finding it hard to lose anymore weight at the moment. Been gymming pretty consistently over over a year now.

Ive just started becoming a gym junkie, go 4-5 times a week without fail

I use Jack3d as pre-workout (30mins), then sip "Scivation Xtend" During workout and then have a massive Protein Shake after.

then i usually skip dinner etc, cos i usually have a big breakfast/lunch

I am on Reduction PM pills at night, supposed to regulate the metabolism and act as a mild thermogenic as well as help you sleep. I find that I sweat much more during the night, but then I wake up feeling sooo much better, better recovery etc.

I supplement all of this with a Centrum a day and 3 1500mg capsules of fishoil with food twice a day.

Feeling much healthier, and getting much more from my weight training. Then again one of the things may be a placebo, but I find that since I've spent a bit of cash on this stuff, it motivates even more.

Wat a waste of time and money. Don't bother f*ckin around with pre-workout supps. Do ur workout, come home, have a protein shake straight away, have one when going to bed, then have one in the morning. Done.
