Good to see you got it sorted but here's a way I've found to be easy for those who might be interested.

I just save the pic I want to use to my mbl phones gallery and upload it like you normally would in your pwrx user cp avatar settings and the phone will upload it to the scale as needed.

Well my HTC Desire HD does, not sure about other mbl's.

oh yeah, i have the same phone. im not sure how much net usage that uses up tho i just use fb cos its free from my phone haha

sometimes if you just link the image to your avatar box here, it will automatically resize... although, that could be an option for forum supporters, to make it easier

I have resized my picture to 100 x 75 and it is 23kb and says unable to save. I've tried both JPEG and PNG format and I tried by uploading my pic to imageshack and then copy the image link and it still was unable to save :S

I've done this many times before but this forum seems to have issues with basic image uploading :S
