I used this guy called Andy 0415966469. He is a cabler and electrician. I got him to install a new phone line and network plugs throughout the house. He even tested the phone line and took a crap load of noise off it by replacing shitty bits of line, he even remodualated my antenna to get a better signal on the TV. An extra phone jack will set you back about $130.
