Get someone that is a resume writter to do it.

it only cost like $75 to $130ish and it will be the best money that you have ever spent.

They will ask you the questions and write it to your industy and they can even prepare you for your interview they will ask you some questions and will coach you on your answers.

also a good idea is to find jobs like the one that you are in and getting the job description it will help you write the resume as you will have a good idea of what employers are looking for. Also if you have any awards even if they are just crap from school and stuff put them in there as very boss like someone that is a high achiver

http://www.successfulresumes.com.au/wa_perth_cbd.html

http://www.katieroberts.com.au/profe...-criteria.html

just google it there are lots of people in perth that do it and they will help you in more ways than just your resume

O yeah I forgot to mention that they will also put it on CD and print a few good copies on fancy paper so you can update it and hand it out was well.

You don't want to work with Chris, he's a jerk!

Ohh, hi Chris. BTW, I found those front ABS sensors if you still want them.

It sounds weird, but I think the shorter the better with resume's. When your sorting through hundreds of the the last thing you want to do is read novels. Spelling and grammar are also very important.

kekeke thanks for the vote of confidence brad

i managed to sort out my abs woes & now have fully functioning brakes again... cheers corrie so yeah don't need em but cheers anyway

i tend to agree, when you are sorting through job applications & you have one with swimming certificates from high school 10 years ago it just makes you think "geez have you done anything more relevant recently" 1st aid courses and that sort of stuff is good to throw in there though

Microsoft Word 2007 has a variety of resume templates, I use them when tailoring resumes for clients. Seek also has tips for resume designs as well.

This bad boy has never let me down. It is aimed towards IT but pretty relevant to what you are doing as well.

I have seen many resumes and not interviewed based on level of crapness. Always make sure your spelling is correct, the font is the same size, the colour is black only throughout, and the typeface is the same all the way through. Never use borders and never ever include a photo or any type of graphic (unless you are a graphic designer).

Make sure you talk yourself up but don't be a twat, find the middle ground and if you are going to fudge something, remember it in the interview and make sure you can back it up! Include a good cover letter as well that aims at the position you are going for. As mentioned above, it is always good to read a cover letter where the applicant has taken the time to write something advertised at YOUR position.

Once done, upload it here for review
