Few years back I was in a similar situation as yourself would be interesting to know the outcome of this.

I had rolled forward a few feet 'with no intention of going through the red light', the first flash caught be my surprise 'but just made me mash the brake', second flash would have seen me in the same position.

I wasn't fined in this occasion.

Probably got you by the balls no brake lights on, car moving and entering a controlled intersection..............Good luck but these cameras have been around for years, I remember getting a warning about 13yrs ago for the same thing because my wheels were over the white line....FLASH FLASH...No more warnings if I did it again.
