OK, tried this... no good. As I mentioned, I can see no other computers/devices on the network. So I'm thinking I havent set this up right.

As you guys said, I've connected the desktop via a network cable straight to the ADSL router, then connected the ADSL router to the wireless router.

The laptop found the connection/wireless network, I entered the PSK and the internet works. But I havent as such 'created' a network, have I missed a step?

Because neither of the laptops or the desktop see any other devices on the 'network'.

HELP!!

for starters make sure they are all on the same workgroup. Most issues are they aren't set to the same group.

If not, time 2 hit google up for a basic networking guide.

Thread Revival so as not to start a new one....

Simple quick question for the guru's -

Can I use an ADSL2+ modem router for my ADSL1 connection?? As I want to get something with better range that can see through walls etc - ie: 3D Coverage.

Any recommendations would be appreciated also

Cheers,
Josh

Prob not. But you could get a DSL2+ modem and run a ADSL1 profile G.DMT on it.
