Default iPhone Car Kits

Hi all, so I've been spending a bit of time perusing the Mac forums, and Whirlpool and what not, alas to no avail, so I figured I'd try here. Essentially I'm looking for a hard wired car kit for an iPhone that doesn't use Bluetooth. I'm not sure if this is possible, but to be completely honest, I've never been the greatest fan of bluetooth, and so some kind of a dock to plug the phone into, that then is wired through a speaker and microphone. I know there are a fair few iFail users here, so if anyone has got something like this, or knows of such a thing that works well, feel free to let me know!

Cheers, Alex.

Why dont you like bluetooth its the easiest best way to have it.
leave phone in your pocket it connects, and disconnect automatically when you start the car.

before I got this car with built in bluetooth, I used a nokia blue tooth car kit with lcd screen to see who is calling, worked great with the iphone. had that in my wrx.

Curious why you're against bluetooth?

I've always used Blue Ant products and am pretty sure they'll have something to suit your needs if bluetooth isn't an option.

Bury S8 are the only kits you can use that wont use Bluetooth, pretty expensive though, will cost about $500 plus install. PM me if you have any questions, I sell them through work

You buy the kit in parts which is why it works so well. You need a base unit, then you buy the cradle to match your phone, if you upgrade or change phones you just buy a new cradle. They make them for most phones, Nokia, Moto, iPhone, Crackberry, HTC

I just plug my phone into the media in jack. Sound comes through the speakers - microphone works off iPhone.

Allows me to play music, use Trapster and mutes all and sundry for phone calls.
