TJ if you got $600, I feel for ya because that is the largest I ever heard of EVER!.

Never driven an unregoed car on the street, but when I was "taking advantage" of the permit system for cars I had a "friendly officer" tell me the fine for driving an unregoed vehicle was $600.

cheers for the input fellas i'll let her know of her options otherwise the new system from the DPI sucks ass. I personally leave my previous sticker on my window as a personal reminder as i pay yearly.

apparently she had a agro officer who tried to blame her for using her phone whilst stationary (parked on street) as well as she was looking up an address to friends house.

pretty sure she will try to contest this in court rather than pleading guilty and loose out to a $600 penalty
