I'm still vaping somewhat, I enjoy it. Knowing that I can no longer tolerate the taste or sensation of smoking real ciggies makes me happy. My clothes & car no longer smell like an ashtray either.

I've saved enough dosh to go o/s next month aswell so I'm pretty stoked!

2 hrs after that I had my last ciggy. I have not had a smoke since - it's now been over a year. I no longer vape anymore - stopped doing that in June last year.

After my success, my boss asked me to set him up a kit, and he has also now been ciggy free for 10 months and no longer vapes either. Took him a litle longer to get off the vaping, but I was mixing his juice for him, so I just started cutting the nicotine content down without telling him, and eventually there was next to no nicotine in the mix, so I told him, and he stopped it instantly.

I know not everyone will have or has had the same luck I have had. I really wanted to quit and I've used my will power to resist having one - even just a social smoke or whatever, I don't want to be a part of it at all. I feel so much better, and with the loss of 13kg's in that time too, I know I'm healthier, and I have a beautiful little girl in my life now that is a result of all of that and makes it all worth while!

If you're a smoker, and you're wanting to quit, and I mean really wanting to, give this a go. I'm glad I did!

^ This here should be the only inspiration that anyone should ever need to get themselves off and away from the dirty, expensive and pointless habit which is smoking.
