Here...according to Wiki-pedia are the following engine specs for that particular "car"

V6 commodore = 3.8 ltr V6 (eco-tech)

Cylinders: 90-degree V6
Capacity: 3.791L
Bore x Stroke (mm): 97.0 x 86.0
Induction: Electronic sequential fuel injection.
Valvetrain: Overhead valves, pushrods, 2 valves / cylinder.
Throttle body diameter: 68mm
Compression ratio: 9.4 : 1
Maximum power: 147 kW @ 5200 RPM
Maximum torque: 304 Nm @ 3600 RPM
Redline / Cutout: 5600 / 5900 RPM

Alloy-tech is 191kw at the fly....

Engine
1.3 L 85 hp (63 kW) I4
1.5 L 92 hp (69 kW) I4
1.6 L 105 hp (78 kW) I4

Conclusion...it can still beat commodores with the blow-off valve attached?

The body kit, the exhaust, the "custom" airbox and the blow off valve are good for about 100kw alone! that would chop!

I think he painted his brake calipers red.
According to might car mods, that's got to ad quite a few KWs.
