did the multinova have the little sign on the side u got done on u know "u've just passed thru speed camera" or something like that.... pretty sure they need that to impose the fine. i think theres a law about that not sure how its called, but don't think they can do anything with your foto without ur knowledge, something like that.....

I drove past a camera, which was on the other side of the road, and i heard a click. Had me worried, but this was at night and i didn't see any flash, nor have i recieved any infringement letters. It's been a few months, i hope i'm clear!

WAI just go into the local licence place and get a new licence asap... just fill out the form on the basis that you lost it....which you did lol!

That removes the cops bullshit of taking it as being a problem... I doubt he willl take it to court because you can complain to the judge that he stole your licence and cost you money to buy a new one.

Id call up the department closes to where u got caught coz they cant just take ur licence without giving u something in return or a reason. Be careful while driving until u find out exactly whats goin on. But definitely call if hes taken ur license.

Also im pretty sure those signs must be visable as with nething that records a persons picture. they must be informed they have been filmed or photographed. matty p would know more on this, being a photographer and all.

Just contact the local police department right away. Is the drum still beating on this point or have you done something about it already?

Radars on mobile cop cars can ping ya in both directions. We have had them for nearly a year now so either coming towards or going away from a cop car, you can get done.

i thought u can drive without ur license on u anyway, so in theory couldn't u be able to continue driveing untill u get a new one or find out what happened to ur old one??
