I would be more concerned about the big Samoan/Tongan families arriving at the same time as the Perth flight.. don't want to get smart to one of the bros.

Try watching a Bledisloe Cup in Gisbourne pub with Australia winning. I only cheered one try and got the look of death from all around

Went to the bar just afterwards and the barman goes "won't be doing that again in a hurry eh cuz"

Im finding it quite hilarious that there is a massive tiger airways ad on this page for $28.95 flights on tiger in a thread talking about Tiger Airways R.I.P'ing and people talking about how shit they are.

Just came back from Melbourne with Tiger. The flight there was great and we got to have the emergency row seats for no extra cost. When we landed at Tullermarine, we stayed on the tarmac the whole time and were escorted around the side to collect our luggage from an isolated baggae carousel outside the terminal.

On the way home again the line for check in was ridiculous for 5:30am plus you don't get to go past the Krispy Creme's and all those other stores (it's once again isolated). We lined up for an hour and when we were almost at the front, they opened an express lane for Perth bound passengers. We stayed in the line we were in as we had been waiting for so long and were almost at the front, but the attendant didn't want to serve us as we were supposed to go into the express lane. Therefore all the passengers that were on time for check-in get disadvantaged and the late comers go straight through. Managed to persuade her to check us in there and we all had to have separate seats (4 of us travelling).

Next time I'll pay the extra and fly with Qantas or even Virgin.
