General servicing isnt that bad.
The big ticket stuff like clutch packs are painful though.

I've heard a clutch will set you back about 10K fitted. Fuck that!

yeah the f1's are known for clutch pack wear
also the cambelt change is not an engine out job like the earlier cars

BUT..its in WA and lots of people miss that in the Grays on line ... therefore even with buyers prem etc it still looks pretty awesome deal to me !
