meh pool is big and there is bulk salt chlorinator at work not to mention the shower by the pool

Finally, progress on my property matter. Offer received (1/3 of what I wanted, but I've accepted just to f*ck this off). Re-financing taking place, I'll be off the mortgage in no time and finally away from my psycho ex girlfriend! Best Day ever!! Freedom party date announcement to follow.
