Back has held up well. With the titanium in there it isn't going anywhere.
Muscle strength is now my main issue, so this was a good test.
This morning I am pretty sore but all my muscles are still functioning without being fatigued. Which is what I expected.

I saw my physio this morning and she was pretty happy with my strength and movement.

So, it is good result and puts me on track to complete my aim of being able to run the July rallysprint.
