I'm in Safety Bay so not quite as far as Mandurah, and have found chartering a limo is the way to go. Cheaper than a taxi, and most offer an airport service.
Nothing like starting a holiday with the family in a stretch limo, and they are always on time & waiting for you when you arrive back. We use Austral Limousines.

I have parked in the Long Term Airport parking with no issues ... except .. trying to find your fucking car when you get back !!!
I once walked around for 30 minutes trying to find the fucking thing.
