Hark Electric Smoker aka The Rib Machine

I have been fortunate enough to receive a Hark Electric Smoker (Digital Programmer) which I will refer to here on in as The Rib Machine.

A detailed how to and review of each meat and other delicacy cooked on it will be provided in this thread.

I am buying a variety of wood chips and meats right now
