I'm thinking Frank owes me a Kg or two for the business.
Tristan how much per Kg did he charge in that lot? Marc if you give Frank @ Gourmet a week odd notice he'll arrange ribs. Tell him you want Rib Andrew's pork rib cut and you should be right. Smaller lots just cost a little more. 10kg as a minimum.
