Love some of the guys I've had the opportunity to interview.
I've got some guys with zero technical experience talking it up I their cv for a technical engineering job.
Ask them why they want to work for us, and most responses are the $ is good
Ask them what their goals are, and it will be 99.9% to be a manager in couples years.
Yes, you have no tech exp, want me to pay you for that exp, and also train you on the job, and in two years, you want to be running the place.....tell them they're dreaming

Haha thats the easiest method for sure.

I was up at an FMG site last week and we got a first hand look at how little work the indigenous employees do yet still keep a well paying job.
