Thanks for the thoughts again everyone. I've looked at Harrisdale/Piara but very few 4x2's available at the moment. CV is about the furthest south I'd be wanting to go, would consider Huntigdale, Leeming, Willeton, Parkwood etc. House age isn't an issue, land size and good potential for capital growth is what I'm after.

yeah, personally, i would give cv a miss & get a house with colourbond roof if you can - after having 2 houses with concrete tiled roofs, I'm so glad my current one is steel cause they sucked big time.
