Rent a car, pay the insurance excess waiver fee.

Drive through their front window.

I would reccomend something made by Ford.
Jez likes this.

Not a part of AHG so no point doing that.
Ring customer assist and vent your issue, and they should help you out

Fair call tris, any other time, not a problem but the way we got stuffed around was ridiculous.

Example, misses drove there when the car was booked in, told to take the car home come back in two days because the part hasn't arrived? No phone call nothing. Who pays for that?

Edit* it was at this point we involved Holden Aus which also seemed to put the dealers back out

Paul Davies is the dealer principal.
He is a targa nut and drives every year
very approachable.

Having said that, why aren't you paying fuel ??

Have the warranty works been completed on the car or are they still outstanding?

If they havent been completed and you recieve a summons for not paying your "fuel bill" contact MTA and state that warranty works havent been completed in a timely manner.

You have employed them to do a job which still has not been completed even by there dates set by them. If they cannot complwte the works in a timely manner than find another dealer who will.

No not completed, going to another dealer Monday. Organised through holden Australia.

Been in touch again today service manager agreed he cannot charge me 2.50/litre and said "err 60 bucks should cover it" I laughed told him to send me his final invoice, original receipt for fuel and where I signed saying Id refill it. He stated he isn't obliged to. I laughed again and said consumer affairs will love this and he hung up.

Didn't think of MTA
