Was away and just saw this.

Check out a few below:

Seeds Cafe (Marmion St, Near East Freo Football Oval)
Blend Cafe (Marmion St, Melville...can be very busy with dinners at night)
Cafe 58 (Carrington St, Palmyra)
Little Stove (Harris St, Bicton)
Kava Cafe (Bristol Ave, Bicton)
Hush Cafe (Fremantle, but may not be open at night)

We own a few local businesses out this way which gives me plenty of time/excuses to frequent the above quite often.
