Smile Exhaust Shops Perth/Pricing

Hi All,

since the old forums are unaccesible, I'm not able to go back and see recommendations of good places to get a cat back exhaust or just a muffler fitted to my MY01 Bugeye WRX.

What are your recommendations for a good exhaust shop in Perth and what sort of price should I be looking at paying for a Cat-back Stainless/Steel System or just a Muffler.

Is there any difference between getting a cat-back system vs just a muffler that sounds good? What have you got and what sort of sound does it have to it? I don't want something too loud or drony!

I'm new to this so thanks for any info

Regards
Pdaemon

Go the whole hog and get the full system done - in stainless steel too!! Sounds better I reckon. I'll vouch for Leigh at RMS had 2 Rex's now and he's done the exhaust on both. Sensational sound I reckon, and the rumble... Give him a bell.

If you get ECU done at a later date you'll want a full system anyway..

Balistic, what kind of system do you have? How much did it set you back?

Exhaust Torque at Bibra Lake does a good job.
Reasonable price too.

At the time in 2002 it was about 1700 bucks, and that included a Cypher N1 muffler.

3" stainless mandrel bent from the turbo back, with flex joint and high flow cat.

Default Exhaust Shops Perth/Pricing

Thanks for all the info so far

Doom, I'm SOR, so once I'm ready I'll send you an PM. I'm looking at getting one in about a month or two.

Has anyone got an mp3 or sound file of how their exhaust sounds?
