Hi All, Question with I'm sure a lot of conjecture.. but which detector is widely known as the best?

With the number of fixed speed cameras these days it's worth the money just for the GPS aspect I think (I often day dream).

As above, if you're going to get one it seems to be the most recommended.

I've been reading the 9500xi is also very good but seems to be us centric info so not sure if it's right for our conditions. No complaints about the V1 by the sound..

Best place to buy?

Trapster is an app I used to use in Melbourne a few years back. It based on user reports so not sure how popular it is here for it to work - it's free to download though. I'm going to download it again now and test it out

I guess the good thing about the fixed cameras is they don't move. Remember where they are and don't be a knob :-)

Doing a couple of k's over the limit here and there is one thing but buying radars so you can do 20-30 over is fucken dumb. All your proving is your disregard for other road users. Take your car to the track/WAW and go up against other like minded people and prove yourself there.
