Spectacular Wreck Trail visibility as always! Could have been worse, it could have been dives 1and 2 for OW's at the trail.

Can't see from the footage, but running single sidemount with the Hollis, or twin?

you can't see from the footage cos I'm behind the camera ;-). Cylinders hang at the side and are only clipped onto the Hollis, take a peek on YouTube for sms100. It's a bit cumbersome out of water but definitely worth it once your in.

I'm a SM and BM diver myself, but was more curious to whether slinging a single on the side of the Hollis works. Mostly use a Razor myself but initially used the Dive Rite Nomad or whatever it was called. Just don't know anyone using the Hollis to ask. I've just found in open water I prefer using a single tank on the Razor, but obviously twin for cave. Basically after some thoughts from a Hollis owner

Can't see how a single slung to the side would work re balance? Then again nothing ventured nothing gained, might drop in my pool and try it out :-D

Similar to slinging any deco mix off of a back mount rig from experience, just something you get used to with time. With the Razor I mostly use, it employs D-rings off of the waist harness directly on your side as the bottom tank mount, as opposed to a buttplate, shortening up the moving distance of the tank in the water so it doesn't really hang, more just floats by your side. That and running a second backup reg (octopus) off of your single first stage. Only really works on the left hand side for inflator access with a short hose running behind your neck up to the right hand access, and the backup tucked into straps around the tank. I've got photos on here somewhere of me running a single tank in sidemount configuration.

Enjoy but never forget your safety drills, these could come in useful one day.

18 awards in show car Melbourne 2010? I am thinking it was a off year for show cars that year.
